So...This was my first half marathon ever...and it couldn't have been a better experience than it was. It was such a fun run, the perfect route, great entertainment and I just made it under 2 hours (1 hour, 58 minutes and 59 seconds). The event was held in Aarhus, DK and sponsored by Nykredit Invest, there's no question that I'll do it again next year and will recommend anyone with an interest in running to join me..see you next year:)
Hans Wegner Y-chair, Kaj Bojesen wooden monkey and Hay kitchen towels are def. on the must-have list along with some cool prints in a Danish modern home:)
This would be my 'it' bag.
I simply love the simple design, the perfectly cut leather and the small details on this amazing Celine bag. The only draw back is that it doesn't really close..but you know what..I think I could deal if it happened to be hanging on my shoulder;)
My sweet love has already gotten me my Christmas present, a kindle, which I love. I already finished my first book on it, a classic, 'The Great Gatsby' by F. Scott Fitzgerald. It's the perfect gadget for me. I love the design of it plus it's super light weight which makes it easy to bring anywhere. However, I may still buy books in hard copies from time to time, as I love the look, smell and atmosphere that they bring to a room....but that's just me being a little old fashioned!
It looks good, however I am doubting if the Alexander Wang beanie, the Rag & Bone mittens with Stella McCartney aviators will really do it for you when you're out on the slopes. The puffy coat if Ralph Lauren (RLX)
